Return Policy

Items returned within 30 days, unopened and in re-sellable condition, will receive 100% credit. After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee applies. After 60 days, it is non-returnable. The following product categories are not returnable: Calendars, Safety/First Aid, and Food and Beverages.

Unopened and unexpired ink or toner cartridges may be returned within 1 year of purchase for a full refund. The customer is responsible for returning the product.

Unopened and unexpired ink or toner cartridges may be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.

Business machines may only be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt.

Furniture may only be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. Custom–ordered and custom–assembled furniture is only returnable if it’s defective upon receipt. Humanscale products are non-returnable; orders requested to be cancelled prior to shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee. Sorry- This is a Humanscale policy.

For the safety of all customers, perishable goods are not returnable.

Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and your packing slip.

Product shortages must be reported immediately, no less than 3 days after delivery.

SPARCO, Business Choice, and Genuine Joe products have a 1-year warranty. OEM items are 30 calendar days after invoice or documented warranty.
